LoveBird Illness Help

Dear Members,
Can anyone help me, my male lovebird quite often turns head like it is looking to his shoulders or something is bothering it. Recently we traveled and it was in a cage. I don't know what has happened to it. Can anyone help if any medicine can help?
I have googled it and something like following. Please help as i dont think they will ever mate like this.

There is just so little information provided that there appears to be no place to start. It sounds like this has been on-going for some period of time. And, if so, personally, you should be at the front door of your Vet at 7:00 am Monday morning.

Regarding Breeding, I hope not.
