I just want to fill the water once. I use a small one now from Dr foster and smith where I pump after every spray but I have to refill it like 3-4 times each bath.

So long as it has never contained actual bug spray (or anything else besides plain water), it should be fine. I'd suggest getting a brand new, totally clean one and having it for the birds ONLY.

I would assume too;), but you never know (and you also never know who may stumble upon this thread in the future and was thinking they may be able to wash a used one out really well or something).

Oh yes, it's brand new. I'm going to rinse out and test out the spray first. I accidentally found out my parrot loves a steady flow of slow water verse a mist. I've been misting him for a couple of years and accidentally adjusted the nozzle to flow more and stronger water and he was dancing from the very beginning. When I mist him I had to turn on music and sing and dance for him before he got into it. Thanks for the feedback.

Looks like a great idea! Especially with 4 fids! LOL! I may have to try that route! ;)

I got one from walmart for $5. it's big enough for 1 refill. He was scared at first but he can adjust. I love it.
