I noticed it this morning, he's not showing any signs of skin irritation/itching, I just noticed that is it slightly thinner around the top of his eyes.
Is this molting?

Yes it sounds like moulting but it would help if we could have some photos. If you are really worried about him then you could take him to an avian vet. Good luck with your baby.

I may have some photos, he doesn't like my big iphone in his face up close lol xD but I noticed the slight balding areas n the same exact spots on both sides of his eyes, right where the "eyebrow" area is
