Peace & Quiet (Yellow-Sided Green Cheek Conures, brother and sister). They are my babies whom I love very much and they are such a blessing.
My Green Cheek has had times where he will scratch his nose very fast and seem like he's sneezing something out briefly. And then he'll be good. His sister has done the same thing from time to time - but I was trying to make certain that it wasn't anything too serious. I have tried to make certain I change out their cage once a week for cleaning - and I've sprayed down the cage as well as the toys (although I considered putting the toys in the washing machine if there was poo stains on them. I also made certain to change food/water out - so I am being extra cautious. My friend pointed out that he noted that the boy's beak seemed a bit pink after he scratched his nose - and I was curious if that meant anything. Been researching and I don't want to take my animal to the vet - but I am trying to be as sure as possible.

If anyone has any thoughts, I would love to hear.

He has made his nostril pink probably from scratching. EB will stick her toenail in her nostril and scratch it really fast, it scares me sometimes. She'll occasionally sneeze a few times in one day and most days never sneezes. For me it sounds rather normal.

If they've just recently taken a bath, they can get water up their nostrils and will sneeze it out.

Also, dry air can cause some sneezing. I need to buy my guys a new humidifier.

Is there any nasal discharge?

Yes, discharge would worry me, not sneezing. I forget if you mentioned whether or not you have an avian vet...

The Rickeybird is from dry, arid Patagonia, so he isn't vulnerable to dry air, but most parrots are.

I don't really know how much mess Green Cheeks make, but the Rickeybird makes earthworms, I swear (Patagonians are the largest conures) and I have to change his cage papers every 1-2 days.

Good for you, for researching and reaching out.

Lastly, OOOOOMMMMGGGGG, they are impossibly cute!!!!!!!!!! Awwwwwwww...!
