Just supposing your new bird might have swallowed just a little of fiber while chewing its toy*(I am new owner and I am trying to inform myself about bird health in general which includes hypothetical scenarios) and that what it swallowed is not enough to cause a complete blockage, does it mean that the fibers will never leave its body through natural means or even a laxative like suplement, but only through surgery? What can be done in hopes that its disgestive system will expel any foreign metarial if you remove the source early enough?

Hello and welcome to the forum!
A lot would depend on what material the fiber was made of.
If I knew for sure one of my birds had swallowed something that worried me, I would take them to my avian vet just to be on the safe side.

It depends on a hundred different things, but as stated above, o e sure thing is the need to go to the vet.
