Molly and I just had a warm shower and I now notice her sneezing and having a runny nose. The bath was like 10 minutes ago. So I am not sure if I am over reacting or now. It's kind of weird because I have given her a bath lots of times before this and nothing. She does stand there eating the water while I shower so I am not sure if she just got too much water in her nose or something. Poor girl!Has this happened to anyone else?

Very common this time of year, since most homes in the Great White North and much larger areas this year are much drier than normal. The Warm shower tends to loosen and open the sinuses, which result in drainage and as part of that drainage, sneezing!

If this continues into the day more than an hour later, than it time to take a closer look. Take care as to not overly do the water on the head.

bathing with Ricky he baths in his water dish, or I may put a small container in his cage same with the other little guys and I let them make up their minds when they want to bath with the big birds they let me know it is time by standing in their water dishes and causing a commotion and out comes the heavy spray bottle and blow dryer. in other words I let my birds bath when they want to,and not when I think they need to. bout every 4 days on the big guys and ricky hits it everyday, and Cheech and chong once a week.

It cleared up in a half hour. Thanks guys! I lost my phone in an Uber or I would have replied a looooong time ago. Sailboat...That was really helpful advice. Dave...Molly tries to take a bath in her dirty water dish and it's hard to keep her from it. I change her water like 5 times a day but she still gets I to it! She loves showers...I think maybe shorter next time and not as often. I think I will use the spray bottle for a week or so just in case she had a touch of germs roaming about in her body. She was acting super weird the rest of the day so I'm keeping an eye out. Not acting sick but just like...Stand-offish but then very clingy later on in the day.
