Is this Knemidokoptes?

I am no professional, but if you suspect scaly face/leg (Knemidokoptes), visit your avian vet ASAP! To me it looks like a possibility, and if caught early enough it is very easy to treat.

I highly recommend a visit to an avian certified vet for evaluation and treatment. If none is available in your area, perhaps a vet specializing in falconry, or a zoo?
