Sorry that your Parrot is ill! Keep your Parrot warm and with water and food that is easy to get too. Target temperature 100 - 108 degrees F (38 - 42 degrees C).

Your Parrot may want to be on the bottom of the cage so assure that there is a cloth towel and that the cage is about 40" (1 meter) above the floor to limit drafts. Arrange to be at a Vets Clinic tomorrow (Monday) morning.

Parrot Forums has members Worldwide and when one needs medical care, it helps greatly to have an understanding of what part of this huge World you are located, as it helps in understanding the availability of Vet care and time of day. A general region is good enough.

I’m so sorry, I hope your parrot (species?) has a speedy recovery. I’m lucky that I have a 24-hour emergency vet clinic only 20 minutes away.

RIP Gandalf and Big Bird, you are missed.
Very sorry to hear your parrot has taken ill. Please follow Sailboat's suggestions until you can visit a vet.

I found several avian vets in Singapore: http://www.aav.org/search/custom.asp?id=1803 (use the country drop-down menu to select Singapore)

Assuming they are weekday only, do they have an emergency answering service or direction to a traditional vet who can at least triage and possibly administer basic care?
