Sunny a female B&G macaw; Japie (m) & Appie (f), both are congo african grey; All are rescues- had to leave their previous homes for 'reasons', are still in contact with them :)

Sorry Bill, it happens, fads come and go...
And if they sell those blocks everywhere (at least it happens to me) you start to doubt yourself. I got mine in a goodie-bag at the parrot-day, and being dutch (aka free stuff is heaven!)...waste not and give it a try.

Japie was delighted: something new he could get p00p on

what do you people think about this one:
Calcium 319g/kg
Phosphorus 0.32g/kg
Sodium 5.68g/kg
Crude Ash 91.66%

or do you use those from normal pet stores for budgies or similar (I somoehow don't like those coloured strawberry shaped things, but am unsure)... the one I posted is coarser, not smooth and pretty big though...
