I noticed yesterday Luna had two tail feathers that they looked like they were going to come out. I tried to remove them gently but realized they were still attached. I believe she's barbered two of her tail feathers.

She has done this before because she came to me with a barbered tail feather. However, I'm unsure if it's an external cause or some more internal. She has been chewing more lately on her paper toys and sometimes tissues if she can get to them.

Schedule/Diet:
She gets 12 hrs of sleep usually. She eats rehydrated vegetables in the morning, Harrison's high potency pellets, occasionally an avicake, slivered almonds, or sunflower seeds as treats.
She has a playgym next to my computer desk that she can come to me. There are tons of toys on the playgym that she plays with.
At night she goes to her sleep cage and during the day, if I need to step out, she has a large cage with tons of toys.

I'm unsure if there's any causes of stress lately. She's been acting as normal. I know with feather mutilation, it's hard to say the exact cause at times.

If any one has any insight please let me know. Should I be worried?

Also I was thinking about it more in the shower (where all great ideas come) and another potential cause is her crash landing while flying. She's not very proficient quite yet.
