My cockatiel just started flying and running on floor and when I picked her up she took a flight again and came running back. Now one of her wings is opened a little bit and is vibrating and she kept opening her beak a little bit and I don't know why. I tried giving her water and food but she didn't eat or drink what should I do?

How old is your cockatiel? Do you always keep watch when she's out and about on the floor? Do you have any other pets that may have spooked her?

Sometimes my cockatiels will spook with a sudden noise or movement, sometimes they just start flapping randomly to get exercise. After a long flight around the living room, they'll stand there with their wings out slightly and breathing harder, it can be a lot of work flying around for a while.

Put her on her play stand or in her cage to settle down for a little while and she should be fine with some time to settle down.

Put her back in the cage and let her relax. If she is not used to exercise and or gave herself a fright she should calm down.
How old is your bird and how long have you had her?
