Every morning Finnigan sits on my shoulder while I make him breakfast (and my coffee) and heโs always patiently watched and waited until I offered my hand to bring him to his food. Today right as I finished pouring my coffee Fin flew down and tried to land on the edge of my cup. His foot slipped in and he freaked out and flew all around the house. I was finally able to grab him and run his foot under cold water. He had his foot tucked up and was standing on one leg for a few minutes but now he is eating and climbing around the cage using both feet like usual. It doesnโt seem to be red or blistering. I called the only avian vet near me and it keeps going to voicemail. Iโm not sure what signs to look for or how I should treat them if they show up! Iโm so worried about my baby [emoji24]
