Heya people :) First of all, I want everyone Happy Easter. My parrot is now in good healt and I noticed that his beak is peeling off. Is that normal for young parrot ? :) I think that he is getting a new layer of beak. I'm not so sure, so if you know, please reply. Thanks for everyone ! :)

Happy Easter to you as well.

Sometimes this happens. Parrots need a rough surface to clean their beaks. I always have perches i cut from native trees with the bark still attatched. My birds will rub their beaks over the surface & also chew all the bark from it as well.

Petshops also have things you can purchase that will do the same.

Happy Easter to you as well. Like Pedro mentioned, you can buy concrete perches to let them rub their beaks on. They grow like finger nails and needs to be filed....
