I have noticed this afternoon that Rio is rubbing is face on his cage and just about any thing he can rub is face on is this normal? I have noticed that he has some food that has dried on his beak could he be trying to get it off, wish I could help but if I try taking himut he flaps around like mad and screams. Should I spray him with warm water through the cage with a spray bottle?
