Our Rescues:
Beako - age 22- Yellow Crowned Amazon
Kiwi - age 9 - Yellow Naped Amazon
Paco - age 28 - Yellow Naped/Yellow Crowned
I would love a humidifier in this dry CA climate...but I was told by the vet that it's really easy for them to get moldy, and I would be too worried about mold in the air, especially with the birds :-/

Yes, my understanding is they need to be cleaned at least once a week.
