Matter exact handfeeding formula has a series of lots that are being recalled due to dangerously high levels of Vitamin D accidentally mixed in. Please see their website for exactly which ones are recalled. It turns out the stuff I have is subject to the recall, so at this time all our babies are on hold until I can verify no ill effects.
