Are their certain things that your fid(s) like to use "human talk" to? Talking to a toy? Talking when they are hidden? Talking to their food? Talking in the mirror? Talks when they hear the phone ring?

For Alex he likes to talk to the window. Every time he is near a window he will start looking outside and start talking. Also when he goes into a box (any box) he will start mumbling away. I'm guessing that's where he likes to practice his "human talk". And lastly when the cat meows to him and he can see her in site he starts meowing. They have there own moment. He also just talks when he feels like it. But those things always make him talk up a storm.

Kazi talks when he's sitting in the window too, it's so funny. When we leave Petco he says "Hello" to the whole store. Sometimes he'll talk in the store and he loves attention, but not fingers in his carrier.

He'll only answer me when I ask him "Kazi, what does a kitty cat say?" when we're at home or in the car alone. He won't do it in front of other people yet.

He says something derogatory when he has to 'correct' the cats or dogs (and by correct I mean chase after them to run them off 'his' turf) but I can't make out what it is, but he sounds like me grumping around under my breath, so it's probably foul.

He also talks after his baths. He'll answer hesitantly with the first sound or so of a rooster's crow when I ask him what a rooster sounds like, but after his bath he'll ask himself, in perfectly clear english, "what sound does a rooster make?" and then make it perfectly. It kills me that he'll only do that after his baths.

And anytime I'm not in the room he's probably talking to himself or yelling at me to "come here!" :D

Mozzie likes to talk in to the mirror. Peppers likes to talks period, unless there are people around that she doesn't know. Then she gets shy. Sunny and Bo like to talk right before bed. (although I am usually the only one that understands them) They always say "love you" before bed (and when I go somewhere). It's really cute. Casey doesn't talk very much, but will say "hello" to greet anyone.

Alex also has his "Angry" talk. When he is unhappy with Yuki or someone. He fluffs up and his eyes start pining. So what does he say? "Hello""What ya doing?"

Kazi sounds like a darling. :)

Greycloud having a flock of greys I can see that happening. Im just imagining it now. :p

Alex LOVES to talk to my Mum :p Every morning. :)

Aww it would be very cute hearing your fids saying love you before bed. :)
