I got Bobby out of his cage today. Half of me wanted to wait till he wasn't scared of my hand in his cage, but the other half wanted him to know coming out isn't scary, it can be fun. And that he can snuggle into me for cuddles.
Once I got him out he tried to fly off a couple of times, only to crash land when he realised his newly clipped wings don't work. That wasn't nice to see
But he snuggled into my neck and up the sleeve of my dressing gown. I let him on the floor and he had a little walk over to the tv. It was lovely to be able to hold him, and nice to see him walking around. He was very cute looking up at the tv!
I'll get him out again tomorrow night and see how we go
