I bought a pack from them to help me deal with my parrot cost me $57 but then a month later they took $197. As far as I am aware I was careful not to be signing up to anything other than the pack I bought and there was no extra cost involved.

Has anyone else had this problem??

This used to be a complaint, but had not heard about it in a while.....

I would never buy any of their products because they were promoting flooding techniques in the early videos & if you ever got on one of their marketing lists it was very hard to get removed from their constant barrage of advertising junk.....

Your card issuer is removing the erroneous charge for you isn't it?

I would not buy anything from birdtricks.com, but that's because I don't agree with their training techniques. When I was a less informed bird owner I looked at their site and received the ridiculous amounts of emails daily. I do remember that if you buy that initial package you have to either return the 'premium' portion or get charged the extra amount or something to that extent.

You should email their costumer survice, they are very helpful and can sort this out for you.

I like their new DVD's, but dislike their old dvd's. They admit they used flooding and didn't know better at the time. Their first series of DVD's was supposed to show how any average joe can train and tame birds. We all start somewhere, and currently bird tricks has a lot if great info.

I bought something from them once when i didn't really know of any other trainers and it was not that helpful, i ended up not really using it. Maybe you can send it back. They are probably going to keep emailing you now. I like Barbara Training Parrots | Parrot Training DVDS & Books she is really good and if you email her she writes you back personally.

I have one of their first sets, taming, training, & tricks and was pretty dissapointed with the DVD's. their new DVD series called One Day Miracles is supposed to be really good, it's kind of like their version if the dog whisperer. They also are using a professional camera.
