Yes! Not only are there "crazy bird ladies" I have a small business that sells bird related t-shirts , jewelry etc. that I make and do the artwork for. I sell at bird fairs/etsy and I have to say that my "crazy bird lady" t-shirt and jewelry is my biggest seller! We all wear this title proudly!! LOL
God bless this woman, and how amazing that the birds 911 call led to her helping even more birds!

God Bless her! It is truly a chore to give one bird the care, attention and love that he needs. To dedicate one's life to taking on the burdens others cause by neglecting, abusing or assaulting such amazing creatures is truly amazing.

(FYI: while I called taking care of Skittles a chore, I didn't mean that having a bird is a bother, I meant, that to properly care for a pet, of any kind, requires dedication and work.)
