Pacific Parrotlets - green Beanieboy and blue Skya;
Fischer Lovebirds - Mariposa and Papillon
I have had such good luck with my birds that I have never had to take one to a vet yet. I did get a call from my brother today - he 'inherited' 2 Amazons, a brother and sister, from our beloved sister Linda who died at 54 in 2010. Anyways... He says he thinks his one bird is ill and did I know a vet he could go too. Well, I didn't but I did a web search and found a vet that did see birds, but I'd like to know if anybody has used a vet in this area (the greater Pittsburgh area - I am south of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) who specializes in birds and who is you trust. I would far rather have this information now, than to be searching frantically when there is a genuine emergency. Can anybody help?
