Cholla wood perches?

how do you guys feel about them? i have seen reviews about birds loving them, but i would think they could gets toes/feet caught in all the little holes, or are they big enough not to get stuck?

My African Grey loves his. He chews on it constantly. I also give him pieces of cholla to chew apart. My Lovebird also likes the pieces, but is not strong enough to chew them to bits, so, he carries it around, drops it in his water, and rolls it all over his cage.

My BFA has had a cholla perch, the same one, in his cage for at least a decade. It's mineral filled and he's chewed out a lot of the mineral material, but he hasn't hardly chewed any of the the wood.

My late BCC chewed the stuff to bits, especially the shorter pieces on toys.

okay thanks guys! just wanted to know becaus with some Christmas money im going on a bit of a spending spree :) replacing a few perches, a few new toys.

Rosie also has a cholla perch, I orginally night it for Kenji but he was chewing it a lot and I worried it would fall with him in it.
