We are looking for a bird for our family. It's very much like we are pregnant and waiting for the day the new addition comes to the family!
I had the day off today, and decided to take the morning to just Rico and I. We hung out at the local pet store visiting my friend there, then I brought him into my work to show my coworkers my beautiful bird.
In the way home he started regurgitating for me. On my shoulder. Lol. Good to know he's eating more pellets then I thought. Apparently a little pellet goes a long way. He's barely made any dips in any food dishes. I was starting to worry lol.

I think it's so sweet. Biggest compliment ever really.
It's been a week today since he joined our family. But I don't know if I should discourage the regurgitation. Will it cause or signify over bonding? He prefers me, but loves to be the centre of everyone's attention. He goes to my oldest son, and calls for my youngest daughter. So right now I'm not worried about over bonding, but I don't want to screw it up and set him on a bad path.

Sincerely,
a worried first time large parrot mummy. Hehe
