I have just got my conure a pedicure/calcium perch as a extra in his cage to keep his nails down

I have just got in from work and he is pink all over haha just wondering if it will harm him or not

No. They use food-safe, bird-safe dyes in those

The dye may linger for a while if it got on his feathers, but it should all wash out eventually.

The other day, Griffin was playing with a dyed wood toy that had intense color, and he had a little blue tongue for a while

Indeed he is very very pink

. Kiwi has played with toys and gotten a little dye on his feathers, but he's got it all over! Time for a good bath for that dirty birdy!
