So Cricket has her first vet appointment is this thursday... Is there anything I should know before I go and ask when I get there?

Just ask for a general health check. I am not sure weather you are wing clipping or not but if so get them to do it so your not looked at as the baddy.:)

So I wasn't the bad guy today.. the vet was. They did a fecal sample and every thing came out ok... we were going to do blood too but after a couple pokings with the needle with no avail we have to go back to do the blood tests (poor cricket)

over all the vet said she was very well behaved and no yelling or squelling, of course she tried to bite but wouldn't you if you were being man handled by a people in white coats and sharp objects...
maybe with that she will understand I am the good guy hehe

I'm glad that things went good with Cricket at the vets.

I usually write down a list of things to be checked/done, that way I don't have to come all the way home then remember all the things I've forgotten to get him to look at.

Bucc loves his vet, as he gets spoilt rotten, I'm usually the bad guy for bringing him home. :D He's a real stinker that boy of mine.
