I have only had Gollum (Yes, I decided on Gollum and she is my precious) for a couple days but when she grabs food with her claw it is the most adorable thing ever! I love to watch her hold her food with her foot and eat it. That is my favorite thing (so far).
What does yours do that you think is adorable?

Willow the Umbrella Cockatoo
My favorite.... is when Willow gets so excited she starts "head-banging" like a metal-head, lol

Kiwi honks like a goose (think those big Canadian geese). He gets so "animated" when he does too, the top of his beak lifts up real high and his eyes pin. If your around him long enough, you can tell he makes his honks with different "inflections" depending on his mood- happy honks, angry honks and sad honks. He must have been around geese at some point in his life (or is just very, very confused about what species of bird he is!). I just think it's the funniest noise a parrot could ever make! I could pick him out of a room of blue fronts by his goose honks alone:D Always been my top favorite 'quark' of Kiwi:09:

--PUMPKIN - male YS GCC. Hatched Halloween Day 2014. Came home Jan. 4, 2015. Started talking in July '15!

-BUTTERNUT- female TYS GCC Hatched in late Jan. 2016 and came home March 14, 2016
I never thought I'd say this because I actually feel kinda bad about it, but when I was first looking into parrots I was stuck between a gcc and cockatiel. I really thought that a cocktail was the most perfect bird with the best personality and I fall in love over the feathers on their heads. I was all set up to get one until i saw a youtube video of a gcc eating with his foot. The biggest reason I didn't get a tiel is because they don't eat/do things with their feet. It is one of my absolute favorite things that Pumpkin does is eat with his adorable little feet. It amazes me how much like hands they are!! I love it! It's the cutest thing ever.

Lol I know what you mean by feeling kinda bad about it - me too! Don't get me wrong I love my 'tiel, but foot dexterity was on my list for my next bird - I LOVE it when Henry uses his feet for stuff!

When he's on my shoulder, he'll rub his beak up and down at top speed gently on my cheek. So ticklish!

It's going to be tough for most of us to pick just one favorite thing... I suppose I'd say when Ralph lifts a foot so he can "hold hands" with me. He likes to hold onto one of my fingers while we're talking or playing. :)

When my GCC plays with his ball it is SO CUTE.

When my CAG takes a shower and begins speaking and whistling ever so sweetly as if to try and "cute" his way out of the shower. Cutest thing!

When Robin says "I love you" (I believe he has at least somewhat of a concept of what it means and when to say it) or when he makes his special calls that he makes only to me.
He is my only parrot who is truly deeply bonded to me, and has been for decades :).

Conures, 2 Red bellied parrots lovebirds.
I have several birds.

My Jenday: when I uncover her in the morning she greets me with a garbled 'good morning' always brightens my day.

My lovebird when she says gimme a kiss

My red bellied parrot: not sure about favorite but this bird surprises me daily with all the things that he says, today he was mimicking me chewing my gum....lol. When cars drive by the lanai in the morning, he shouts out good morning! To them as they pass by. He's quite a character for sure!

I like when i come home, i say hi angel. She waves her foot in the air back and forth and says HAAAIIII. You can tell she is happy to see me its cute.

Also, just having conversation with my gf, she will always reply at the perfect moments with "Riiighht"...like a drawn out right. After we have said something and its hilarious.

Those are all hilarious! I love the good mornings (I say that over and over each morning when I uncover his cage, I cannot wait for the day he beats me to it lol)

BB has just started whispering. I would go to his cage in the morning and whisper good morning and talk with him while I changed water and fed him. He is now whispering back. Not just in the morning but when I am just standing near him he will whisper. I can't understand what he is saying yet but I do get a very big and loud HA HA HA . I started the whisper trying to keep him from waking up the whole house in the morning LOL
