General Parrot Care Info

So I am going to college in 5 days and my mom has to take care of the birds. I have been telling here stuff the last couple of weeks but I would like to gather a bunch of info for her to read. I have read tons of stuff over the last 2 years located all over the web and I was wondering about some basic parrot care websites and first aid stuff.

One of my favorite sites for cockatiel info is http://www.cockatielcottage.net/. I am really looking for anything and everything to help my mom take care of my birds.

Does your mom have a computer. That way she can join us. We have lots of bird brainy people here.

She does but she isn't very computer inclined and doesn't really like forums for some reason. I will try to get her to join.

This website, posted by wildheart in another thread is a good wealth of info and articles all located in one easy to navigate site, might want to save it to your favs or print out some of the ones that you think will be helpful to your mom, though as mentioned getting her to join the forum is a great idea if you can talk her into it
