I found this app while looking for a security camera for my camper. This works with Android and iPhone.
All you need is an old Android phone with a built in camera...I think that's all Android phones.

Alfred app
a wifi connection

What you do is load the free Alfred app on both phones. You set the phone that you will use as the remote camera as that in the app and set your phone as the viewer in it's Alfred app.
You can then connect to the other phone, audio and video and even 2 way audio. Plus you can switch between front and back camera if you want.
It works really well, thought some might be interested.
