Cricket -C.A.G
Ok I bought this toy before I got Cricket, a couple days ago I noticed she had started nibbling at it I was like "Yay" next day... it was gone yup, pile of dust now... she killed it twice over. So yeah now I want to know if anyone knows how to cheeply make it your self instead of buy a $5 one every other day :D
Is there a way to get the wood to cut up my self, think it is called yucca.
Or does anyone know where to get stuff like this whole sale

One more....
What kind of "thinking" toys do you guys have for your birdies...
I want a couple good ones to make her think and keep her busy when I am at work, any ideas?

PVC plumbers pipe?
If it is bird safe, why dont you get some 90 degree knuckles and put them together to make a curvey tunnel he can go thru on the floor of his cage.
throw some food in the tunnel and go to work.
I bet he will be playing peek a boo and sticking his head out of there in no time.
If I can get mine to do it I will take a pic.

Yep PVC is wonderful, and they love to bite that. Was gonna make Bucc a playstand out of it, but I decided it would cost me a fortune as he can soon demolish it. Fun to play with though.:D

go to a plumbers yard and ask for off cuts.
then make shaped tunnels out of whet you get.
Dont glue the bits so u can re-make another shape or direction for the next day.
If he chews it up, its no great loss.
Maybe to start, get a straight bit he get inside and roll around in.
Maybe dont secure it so it moves when he is inside.
I am fairly sure my bird would push his way into a cats bum if I shoved some seed up there 1st.
