Turquoise GCC- Rio
Are there any quirks that are unique to your bird? For example my caique Diego, loves looking out the window, loves my hamper and whenever it's time to go to bed, he'll push the cage cover behind the cage, in hopes that he doesn't have to go to bed. And my green cheek conure Rio, there's this big toy in his cage and instead of playing with it he just sits on. It's his favorite spot. Also I put some balls in his cage for Diego and Rio to play with and when the cage door is open he'll take all the balls out and drop them on the floor lol! And I know a lot of birds like looking out the window and stuff but I just thought I'd mention it. What are your birds "quirks"?

RIP Gandalf and Big Bird, you are missed.
My Goffins "Gabby" has a bizarre way of eating on occasion. My flock is given edamame in the shell twice weekly with their chop. He does not eat edamame, but has a peculiar use for the pod. He will place an edamame in his claw together with a desired bit of food, and alternate between eating a bite, then tapping the endamame with his beak. Back and forth, without breaking the cadence until the food is gone. Bizarre!

My black capped conure is almost perfect. No real Quirks yet. My Senegal kiwi was full of wierdness.

Kiwi would bite you if you were drinking and did not share. If you open a drawer she would Puff and crack. She puffed up and cracked her beak and got all weird when she looked inside the drawers. Thoes are the 2 that I will never forget.
