Hey all just thought I'd let you know if you're looking for cookware/know someone getting a parrot soon TK MAXX seem to have a full range of Teflon free cookware for pretty cheap. Not sure if every store but my local one had more Teflon free stuff than stuff containing Teflon

Thanks for the good tip. A TK MAXX just opened near me in Australia. I wonder if they have similar stuff.

Lol. Is it really T*K* Maxx over there? It's TJ Maxx over here in the US, and yup, they always have lots of discounted name brand cookware in every location I've ever been in. They tend to have a good selection year round but the best deals come in around Christmas.

When I went to TK MAXX I found a couple of pans that were both free of PTFE & PFOA, but each were free of something different each too. I think one said PFAS, and I think the other was PFOS. As I couldn't find one free of all 4 mentioned coatings, I decided to just go for a stainless steel.
