I saw this guy in the local CL. If it's legit, he really needs a good home. What a shame.

That is so sad, losing your home and your bird as well. I would be absolutely devastated.
Pray the owner's luck changes and he is able to keep both bird and home.

I wish I could help...but, too far and I've already reached my bird limit. I'm hoping the ecomony picks up soon or there will only be more of this sort of thing.

The listing has been removed from Craigslist, so I am hoping that means the bird found a home.

It is very sad that these things happen. I found my Senegal on Craigslist, and for the same reason. Max's original owner lost her home and couldn't keep Max. So Max was bought from a friend on the terms that she would find Max a very good home. And that is where I came in

And now, I have Max--someone who needs me as much as I need her.
