Not a moustache parakeet, it has a green-white underside and is almost twice as large as a cockatiel.
How do you acquire a parrot without knowing what kind it is? Surely the previous owner/breeder/pet shop could tell you?
And I agree it looks like a moustache. If you do a google images search they look very much like your parrot. It is hard to tell as the picture you attached is very dark

Because I live in China and they are not sold with proper identification. Thanks for the answers, I will keep it in mind.
Oh wow. That must be so strange. I can't imagine buying a pet and not knowing what it is!
