Lilly has “destroyed” Fang’s cage - inasmuch as it is now completely useless. She is a pushy little thing and the only way poor old Fang can have a meal in peace is if I shut him in his cage, thereby shutting her out. Lilly was so desperate to get into Fang’s cage while he was eating that she actually chewed a chunk of the powder-coating off the outside. Therefore I’ve had to throw both their cages out and go stainless steel just to make sure she doesn’t do it again. Until of course she finds something else unauthorised to chew on ... it never ends!

So far they have destroyed my favorite sleep shirt (Leo), the old tv remote (Leo), my emergency charging cable (Bluebell), a playing card toy I made for Christmas (Bluebell), a small stack of school papers (Leo), those shredders that EllenD recommended (both), and finally the vet wrap on their playstand (Bluebell).

I’m sure I missed something, but that’s the gist of it. Unless you count my right ear... ;)

2 umbrella Cockatoos One male named Cooper and female named Baby 1 Little Corella male named Frankie and have 5 Cockatiels three named Male named Pepper, Fiesco for the female and female named Wylie.
2018

My female U2 Baby.

1. She broke the top play stand off on her old cage by bending it up and down once she found a weak spot.
2. Second cage she bend the feeder door and broke the welds of a few bars, making that cage useless.
3. TV remote she rip out the middle OK button, the one I use the most on that remote.
4. iPad Pro she toss it on the ground and has line in middle of screen, line was quite annoying when watching video, ended upgrading it a few months later.
5. Laptop keyboard twice as she ripped out some of the keys. I had to replace whole top frame as keyboard welded into frame and require remover of motherboard and other components.
6. Speaker cable with help from my Cooper my male U2 he pull it since he can fit in spot and they both chew it up. She been after that cable for months.
7. Wood trim
8. Blackout curtain in bird room she decided that she pull it in to cage at night time and shredded it trying to make nesting material. Now have sheet as curtain.

Cooper my male U2

1. Wood trim with my female U2 Baby. Yes they work together at times. Team work is needed when you want to destroy something before getting caught.
2. Keyboard the second time he help Baby as well on this one.
3. Speaker Cable he the one that pull it out for Baby my female U2. Again team work is required as she could not fit behind couch to get it, so he pull it out for her.

I have NO idea Laurasea! I found a bit of powder-coating missing one day and it puzzled me because Fang isn’t a chewer and I couldn’t see how Lilly might have managed to do it either. I covered it up so no-one could get at it but kept my eye on both of them. A day or two later I heard a grinding noise coming from the bird room and there’s Lilly getting stuck into another part of the cage and just about lifting some more of it off! I can only imagine it’s partially because of the serious lack of quality in the manufacturing process these days, they just don’t make ‘em like they used to!

Senegal Parrot named "Kane"; Yellow-Sided Green Cheek Conure named "Bowie"; Blue Quaker Parrot named "Lita Ford"; Cockatiel named "Duff"; 8 American/English Budgie Hybrids; Ringneck Dove named "Dylan"
I think that if I listed everything they have destroyed I would go over the character-limit...So here's the "big stuff":

-Alienware Gaming Laptop

-Vintage 1976 Cort electric guitar

-Vintage 1981 Japanese Squire Strat electric guitar

-2003 Gibson Les Paul Special electric guitar

-1995 Fender Kurt Cobain Signature Jaguar electric guitar (this one hurt my inner child)

-The carpeting in a spare bedroom (they actually unravelled it)

-Coleman Queen-Size Air Mattress

-Dremel Accessory Kit

-Several Lamps

-At least 3 computer keyboards and several cordless mice

***Kane was sitting on his T-Stand downstairs in my shop while I was working (I let him down there when I know I won't be using any cleaners, chemicals, or paints), and my neighbor knocked on my front door to yell at me about my car being parked on the street in front of my house in a "no-parking zone"...It was parked there for about 2 hours or so while I was allowing the spots in my driveway that I patched to dry...My neighbor across the street is certifiably insane, I could entertain everyone with those stories about the multiple times she has called the police on me and every other neighbor for the most ridiculous things, it's hysterical (and sad), but I'll save that for another post, lol...Anyway, while I was trying to find a Valium for my neighbor, Kane decided to wreak-havoc on every guitar I had sitting out in te shop that i was repairing/restoring, and he basically did the only type of damage that is very difficult to repair, he chewed on the bodies of the guitars...

-TI Graphing Calculator (why do they love to rip buttons/keys out of everything?)

I know there's more but those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head...The Alienware laptop almost got Bowie and Lita re-homed...
