Can I use f10 everyday on a branch. So I keep this gaint stand outside that l keep some of my birds during the day it's in the garden. Everyday I disinfect with f10 in the morning and let it dry before putting my birds on it as its outside and other birds might land on it when it's not in use. Is this safe to do so.

Do they chew on it a lot? The perch, I mean.
As long as the mineral block wasn't sprayed, or very wet you are fine.

Birds can ingest f10 in diluted form without a lot of major issues, but not sure if I would want them to do it often (I'm sure they are fine-- seriously, but not sure that I would continue this indefinitely). Is there a way that you can bring the perch inside to prevent the need for daily spraying?

Ok I will try to find a way. Should I rinse it of now or not.

I wouldn't rinse, just because that could introduce bacterial/mold growth due to moisture etc..In my opinion.

I've used F10 to clean my boy's perches and cages for years and never had any issues.
