Does anyone own or know the personality of this bird.

Depending on where in this huge World you live, they are either available and not at all.
Try changing your selection of a Parrot from what you 'want' to accepting a Parrot that wants you! Starting from such a place, one finds that the needed relationship is much further along when they select.

The best way to know a parrots personality, is by going and seeing the actual parrot. This way you can see just how the parrot reacts. How he reacts to you to his environment, if its a store how he reacts to people walking by. Just go there and stand in front of the cage. Talk to him and see what he does. By going to the store and seeing all the different parrots you may find what you are looking for.

Ok thanks guys I did just that and the linnies seemed to be very calm and sit in one place. That doesnt mean they are I'll right.
