Omg omg omg I just sat on ringo! I am balling my eyes out crying!!! I think he is ok, he seems fine what should I do!!.. HELP!! I am a bad bird owner now!

Just take a breather, and then take him to a vet ASAP. You may not notice anything but he could be very injured.
Your not horrible it was a complete accident, just take him in and you should feel better.
