Indian ring neck parrot

Hello Experts
Hope every one is enjoying good health.
i lived in Pakistan and winter is started. in evening slightly cold environment starts.
i have Indian female ringneck parrot named Laadly.
i want advice from you respected experts about her health care issues due to weather change.
i try to give her sun bath daily put her cage in sun light.
is this good for her health ???
secondly please guide me i saw a spot on her right foot.
like skin scratching spot.

My English is not so good but some how i try to convey my question in understanding manner please help me as i love animals & try to take proper care of them in all respect.

Please don't worry about your English - I had no trouble in understanding you and if you want to ask questions we'll find a way to answer them for you.

It's very good for your bird to have sunlight every day BUT she must be able to get into the shade if she wants to. You could put a towel or something on the cage so part of it is shaded. Also, make sure she has cool, clean water while she's out in the sun.

It would be good if you could show us a picture of the spot on her foot. If it's just a little scratching wound, you could clean it with salty water and then dab on some olive oil. The oil will moisten the skin and stop it from itching as it heals.

We have other members from Pakistan. I hope my friend, Umar, will join in to help you. He's very good at keeping his birds healthy and he can advise you about conditions in your country.

thank you so much for your time to answered me.
sure i will upload pictures of infected area as my bird is not fully tamed and shy on standing my hand i don't want to hurt my bird.
so building more trust of my bird in next 2 days i will upload pictures.
hope then you suggest me in better way.
