changing tail feather

hey guys i have 7 month old indian ring neck he has a broken tail feather i just wanna know what to do so they back to normal i have hem from a long time

If the tail feather is not bleeding or hurting him, you'll just have to wait for him to molt it out (loose it) naturally. I wouldn't pluck it. He may look a little funny, but his body will get rid of the feather when it's ready:)

It can take a year or more for a bird to loose any particular feather. Again, unless it is in some way bothering the bird, it is far more traumatizing to pluck it than to let it fall out naturally.

No. Just leave the feather alone. Pulling it will traumatize your bird. He will loose it when his body is ready to loose it. These things happen from time to time with birds and unless theres blood, just leave it alone. It's not bothering him, don't let it bother you.
