When baby Indian ringneck should open eyes?

It could just be the lighting but it looks to me like there is some yellow discoloration on the eye? It also looks like it HAS opened but is currently closed.
In general I wouldn’t be overly concerned at babies not having their eyes open yet, but if they still aren’t open by day 15 I would see a vet.
