Hey. My name is Harris. I have a 4 years old male IRN. I've had him since he was 12 days old. So he has developed a good bond with me and my family.
I know males reach maturity around 3 years.Well i didnt notice any behavior like this last year but now everytime I cuddle or even hold him he tries to mate with my hand, my foot, anybody part etc. Now just me with anyone who holds him.
Why Is that? I was thinking of getting a mature female for him for mating but what if he doesnt accept her cause he prefers my hand better. Please help

That's normal hormonal behavior.

You're not going to want to hear this but stop cuddling, stop petting anywhere but the head, immediately put him down when he acts like that, don't punish, just put him down. Give him 12+ hours of total dark sleep, reduce proteins, and the list goes on and on.

This time of year especially parrots get hormonal and you don't want to encourage it or make it an acceptable part of their normal behavior.

A lot of parrot owners experience what you are experiencing and there are things to work around it. You just have to know what to do.

1.) As the post above suggests, no cuddling down the back or under the wings or anywhere but the head. Any cuddling or petting during the time of year is only going to stimulate him more to want to mate.

3.) If he tries to mate with your hand, find a way to distract him with something -- a toy, put him on a stand to play, you must discourage any mating behaviors or else it will just get worse.

3.) No need to get him a companion -- without proper knowledge of how to care for potential babies it is just asking for disaster. He can still live a perfectly happy life without a female to bond, mate and lay eggs with.

Rio (Yellow sided conure) sadly no longer with us
do not get a bird for yours to mate with. People who push that plan are just trying to con you into giving them money and there are a heck of a lot more ways that can make things worse rather than better.

Like others have said you need to back off the cuddles and remove him from you whenever he tries to start up, he needs to understand you're a friend and not a mate. get him moving around and playing with things and get him exercising as who wants to get it on when tired

Don't get another bird...that's never or very rarely the answer. Other than that... welcome to the club. My Nanday Conure tries to mate with my hand all the time. You just distract him. No big deal.

And a Normal Grey Cockatiel named BB who came home with me on 5/20/2016.
It's hormones..BB just turned two yrs old and he is RELENTLESS on getting on my hand and trying to do the chaa-chaa with it and it p.m.o big time! Up my shoulder to the other arm down to the other hand,I put him back on my shoulder and he goes to the OTHER arm,,down to my hand...back and forth!

He is so dang cute and cuddly,it is however, very difficult not to cup him in my hand and smother him with smooches :( I'm trying to refrain from giving him loveys.
I agree...don't get him a female companion! you're only asking for trouble. His hormone phase will eventually stop!

Senegal Parrot named "Kane"; Yellow-Sided Green Cheek Conure named "Bowie"; Blue Quaker Parrot named "Lita Ford"; Cockatiel named "Duff"; 8 American/English Budgie Hybrids; Ringneck Dove named "Dylan"
He's in good company with my Senegal, Kane...he's humping me, my dog's toys, everything...Follow above advice...

Never, ever, ever get a second bird for your first bird for ANY reason, that never ends well...Yes, he may reject her, but he also may bond very closely with her and then reject you, and that's what many people don't think about, and it happens a lot. They may love their owner, but when an available bird is now around to bond with they often decide to choose the bird over their prior human bond.
