Hello. Just got my first bird, a 3 month old IRN baby one week ago. Iāve noticed heās missing feathers on both legs maybe 1cm in length and the skin there looks pinkish in color. It runs some length up both legs but I couldnāt get a good representative photo. Heās been preening often but not pulling any feathers out but I notice him picking at that area of his legs occasionally. I canāt really say if it was like that when I got him as I just noticed it a few days ago. Is it cause for concern or normal for a baby? Heās got a large cage, lots of toys, getting lots of attention, and doesnāt seem stressed.
