I just tried to sign up for these guys and the customer service is so bad that I feel like I’m being scammed. I finally managed to talk to someone and she took my number and said somebody will reach out to you. I said ok quietly and she said is that ok William. Again I say ok strangely and she again says is that ok. I’m like this person does not sound like the kind of person who should be dealing with people. I can’t even manage to send them pictures of Timneh it’s set up so

So i sent an email got the number to send my pictures now and get this in their reply they only put the phone number nothing else. Worst customer service I have ever seen.
