Ok, thanks. I was asking cause the body color seems...off to my eyes, as well as the head shape. But like I said, not my forte
Could possibly be an Aleandrine, can't see the back/tail well enough to tell.

I doubt it, Alexes have much bigger beaks.

No, alexandrine parakeets have a red stain on their wing. In 100% it's Indian ringneck parrot

Now the only question remains - where in the world is it??

Re: What type of parrot is this ???

My first parrot, Gemini, was lured out of a lemon tree with a bowl of sunflower seeds. By a 5 year old. Really. She kept him in a cage for 25 years, everyone afraid of him, until he started self mutilating. That's when I met him. 6 months later they placed his cage on my front porch, rang the doorbell, and ran! He was pretty old for a conure but became very gentle with me.
I would, (not an expert), place a large breeder box, or wire and wood carry box, near where they land. Peanut butter, apples, carob, anything sweet and smelly inside. Let them decide if they are comfortable inside. Here in So Cal we have flocks in most towns. They do seem to gravitate to each other when lost, if they survive. Larger flock was released in Laguna Beach when an owner could not gather his birds fast enough to save them from a wildfire. He set them all free. Just two? I'd say pets, help them. Clean water is essential.
Good luck!

Re: What type of parrot is this ???

Definitely an Indian ringneck, and I would bet they are/were pets at some point, where I'm located a pair of ringnecks would be over $1000 U.S.D. so I imagine someone somewhere is missing them badly.
