Is this cage is too small for a single lovebird?

Anyone who names their parakeet after Al Swearengen gets a "thank you" from me xD

What fine taste in TV shows you have!

Ah, thank you, I'm glad to hear it :) It's surprisingly difficult to find good cages in Sydney ><

So glad you get the reference Eeba! I have two taxidermied deer heads (both from different yard sales) that are named Richardson and Trixie. The pet naming process is so complex in our house-- all three of us have to agree. My son usually tries to veto Deadwood references because he's too young to watch it and therefore not in touch with the underlying meaning or connotations, and of course bitter that he is excluded from the show in general. But I manage to usually win :)

Picking up on "Deadwood" references is second-nature to me now xD It's my favourite HBO show (though I'm yet to see "Band of Brothers" which I'm sure I'll love).

Haha -- if my family had to reach a consensus about the names of our pets I'm quite certain my dear old canary would not have been named "Yoyo". Nobody seemed to like that name, but.. as a wilful eleven-year-old.. I wouldn't budge.

Although this is off-topic and random, I'm a film and animation student, and I've drawn more than a few pieces of fan-art for Deadwood ~ Eeba-ism on deviantART :) Always happy to share love for that show!! Such a shame it was cut down in its prime :c
