long story short about 3 months ago i got two lovebirds. one is a peach face and she was vary calm and quite and then started to screech a lil here and there.
now jump fwd to present time, from when i take the blanket off the cage in the morning till i put it back on at night all she does is screech none stop all day every min. its driving me and my family crazy. the only time shell stop is if someone walks up to the cage then she trys to hide, but if anyone is in the room and isent near her cage shell just screech. if i open the cage to let the 2 birds come out shell be quite while shes walking out of the cage, but when shes out of the cage shell go back back to screeching. iv read alot of stuff online and nothing is helping i dont know what to. the other lovebird is very quite and hardly ever makes a peep at all.
please help im going mad!!

Pepsi and sprite, both are American male budgies
She's probely bored. How many toys do you have in their? And are making an effort to tame her? After you tame her let her out to play with you at least an hour a day then you will see a difference in the noise .

Sleep well

Give her lots of shredding and foraging toys, you can easily make them yourself that way hopefully she'll be too busy chewing to screech.
