The deal alone makes it almost a 'no brainer'. As far as breeding goes, it sounds like you might be interested in trying your hand at it. Do you have any experience? I don't do it, but I know it's expensive, time consuming and you are taking those little lives into your own hands.

it sounds like not a bad deal, do you have room for all those cages?
but if that were me, I would consider and ask the following....these are just suggestions :)
4-6 pairs will be quite noisy. will they come with the nesting boxes?
the other thing you might consider is when they finish breeding you should separate them....you will need more cages, as most of the males won't get along, if you decided to house them all together.(now you have more cages)

do you have the space and time to look after all of those?
the cost of food will go up substantially, bedding, fruits/veggies and possibly your vet bill.
are these birds healthy, or does she breed them too often(don't get me wrong, I'm not saying she does, you haven't said) but it would be a question I would ask the breeder.
are they banded? how old are they?
what foods does she feed them?
have they been treated for anything??...ie vet visits? or pre-treated for prevention of critters?

maybe you could just take 1-2 pair and see how it goes. maybe she would be willing to do that?
consider your self fortunate, these deals don't usually come around, best of luck!!

i have alot of space for them space is not a problem i have been breeding lovebirds for about 2 years now but my family use to breed birds all them time so we have experience with breeding the cost of food would not be a problem the women i buy from takes vary good care of her birds we talked alot befor she would even sale to me she made sure i would take good care of the birds and she feeds the birds the same things i feed my birds pretty mmuch everything is perfect i just wanted to see what other people think and i have also consider maybe just buying a few from her but i really think i want to buy everything as its everything in her lovebird breeding set up and breeding is something i want to do so i was thinking now would be the time to buy because you dont come by something like this and at such a great price ps i have alot of empty cages of my own so cages wont be a problem lol :)
