So my love birds rant actually a fan of seed mixes. Johnny loves apples, they actually shared a whole apple today and at quite a lot. So within the next week I want to introduce them to new veggies or fruit. So far their previous owner said they love corn, celery and apples. So I might try something like broccoli or carrot. Is their any specific way to cook it and give it to them? I've read on the Internet that some people have had trouble to them have made the new food into juices and replace the water with this for a few hours or mashing it up and shredded carrot!

What do you guys do? Is mashed banana a good start? :)

Johnny and baby have both tried carrot, I gave them an option of shredded, mashed, and diced carrot into separate bowls they ate it mashed and diced :)
