So I went to the local bird store today and couldn't resist getting this cutie, name suggestions? As of now im thinking "Berry"

Thanks guys! Im glad im not the only one who thinks it would have been imposible to resist him/her lol. I still don't know if s/he is a boy or a girl so thats why I was going for sort of gender neutral name I like the idea of Berry, and Barry if its a boy

so I think ill stick with that. As far as what type of lovebird my guess is violet black masked? honestly i don't really know, I've only had peach faced loves before, if any one here know or has a guess let me know.

Looks like some type of Fischer's lovebird mutation by the pattern of the head color. I believe Peachfaced, Masked, and Fischer's are the lovebird species available as pets. Some sort of violet white face??

Berry/Barry is a perfect name
