Female ; baby
He won't go back in, his been out since 6:30 pm
I've tied too catch him, lean him into It with food, but his not silly he won't go in. I struggle with mental health so I'm getting very pissed and emotional.. I don't want it too affect our bond

Have you thought about clipping his wings? And please do not chase him. If you clip him use that time to create to train him and bond with him. Have a great day.

We had that problem with our lovebird and used to chase him around until we could catch him. We had his wings clipped so he was more dependent on us. Now that he can fly again we believe he thought the chasing thing was a game. Now when we let him out and he flys up on our ceiling fan we just wait a while and he comes back to us and we put him away. Another thing that may help. We let him out about 30 to 45 minutes before we cover him up every night. He goes to his cage eats and demands to be covered. We're so fortunate to have Ozzie. We handle him a lot and have never been nipped. Just a very good bird and enjoyable part of our lives.

--PUMPKIN - male YS GCC. Hatched Halloween Day 2014. Came home Jan. 4, 2015. Started talking in July '15!

-BUTTERNUT- female TYS GCC Hatched in late Jan. 2016 and came home March 14, 2016
As advised I'd clip his wings. Another thing to try is leave the cage door open with food and water inside and none outside the cahe. They will get hungry eventually
